I’m currently conducting a research study that’s dear to my heart and looking for adults
aged 40 and over who are open to sharing their experiences and insights in the
following:

Who am I?
I’m an Energy Practitioner with 15+ years of experience - combining Hypnotherapy, Life
Coaching, and Medicine Woman/Shamanic practices to support deep, soul-level
interpersonal development in a safe environment.
What I Teach:
Practical Tools and Skills of:
Emotional Processing: Helping people finally feel, move through, and integrate
emotions like anxiety, depression, and grief/anger.
Intuitive Development: Teaching people to tune into their inner compass and trust
themselves again.
Spiritual Development: Guiding them to connect with their higher self and feel spiritually
grounded and supported.
Why It Matters:
These skills are the foundation for deep personal growth, inner peace, and living in
authentic alignment.
My Transformation Statement:
I help spiritually curious individuals who feel lost and overwhelmed reconnect to their
emotional, intuitive, and spiritual selves so they can experience clarity, inner peace, and
move forward in alignment with their true purpose.
Study Focus on 3 Areas:
Intuition – Have you felt completely lost and not sure how to move forward?
Emotions – Have you been on a healing journey and felt overwhelmed or disconnected
from your emotional self?
Spirituality – Have you been feeling like nothing is out there and you’re all alone?
Participant Criteria:
Aged 40 and over
Available for 30-40 minutes
Interested in or already practicing in Inner personal growth: emotional healing, spiritual, and Intuitive development?
Able to complete an online interview?
Why Participate?
Your input will help shape deeper understanding around how people grow and evolve
emotionally, intuitively, and spiritually in later life stages. This study may also inform
future workshops, tools, and teachings for others on a similar path.
